At 9pm on a Saturday I had peeled away some baseboard and cut some drywall behind and found mold! I immediately reached out to the first restoration company on Google, thank goodness it was Allied Restoration!!! Tim not only walked me through what to do over the phone but was able to come out on short notice and inspect the situation as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend his service to anyone. I know if I run into anything else in this house or another, Tim will be the first man I call! Thanks again Tim!Posted on Google![]()

Allied Restoration provided exceptional service during my recent request for assistance regarding what I initially believed to be mold in my attic. Having previously engaged their services three years ago when I purchased my home, I was confident in their expertise. Tim, the owner of Allied, promptly came to inspect the area, demonstrating his commitment to customer care. Upon his thorough examination, he confirmed that there was no live mold present—only some staining left over from the time of purchase. Despite this positive finding, Tim insisted on conducting a comprehensive cleaning and spraying of the entire attic space to ensure optimal health and safety. His attention to detail and dedication to quality were evident as he also took the time to review the fan I had installed, ensuring it was functioning correctly and contributing to proper ventilation. Allied Restoration exemplifies professionalism and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. I deeply appreciate their commitment to not just addressing my concerns, but also going above and beyond to ensure the well-being of my home. Thank you for your outstanding service!Posted on Google![]()

Finding someone to show up to address a roof leak & associated attic mold problem was looking to be impossible, especially during hunting season. Finally got a referral to Allied & their response was prompt. Mold was taken care of & positive ventilation installed. (Roof by others.) Some minor tweaking was done after the one year inspection at no cost. I am pleased with their service.Posted on Google![]()

Appearance alone generally cannot establish whether a material contains asbestos. Professional assessment and appropriate laboratory analysis can help identify suspect materials. Avoid taking samples yourself or disturbing surfaces while you seek advice.
No. Materials in good condition that will remain undisturbed may not need removal. Their condition and proposed work help determine whether professional repair, management, or removal is appropriate.
The scope may include work area containment, controlled material removal, cleaning, disposal, and final inspection. Materials involved and assessment findings determine the approach for your property.
Yes. Cutting, sanding, or removing affected materials during renovation can release fibers. Discuss suspected materials with an asbestos professional before starting work that could disturb them.
